Instructions
  1. Crush Saltines- I put in zip lock bag and press with hands or rolling pin
  2. Mix all ingredients (except Milk) by hand together in bowl. Then slowly pour in milk until you get desired consistency. The key to a good meatloaf is in the mixing process
  3. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and put mixture in. If no pan, mold into a broad oval similar to football shape.
  4. Spread BBQ Sauce over Meatloaf with Butter knife Optional- Can add slices of bacon on top of the BBQ coated meatloaf
  5. Smoke with favorite flavor wood chips at 350 degrees for 1 hr. to 1 hr. 15 minutes or until done Internal Temp 160 Degrees
